The breakfast staff was attentive EVERY morning. they remembered my coffee order which was excellent. the falcon show was educational I Learned a lot about these birds. the buggy service was prompt. I never waited long.
the gym only had two treadmills.

The resort has really good natural surroundings. The desert landscape provides a unique backdrop for the hotel. the staff is very attentive and professional. Every member ensures guests feel welcome and cared for. i appreciated the buggy service for transport around the extensive hotel. the resort is nicely laid out, ensuring privacy for each villa.
i found limited gluten-free or lactose-free options at the buffet.
